This season, we’re stepping into a new chapter. A chapter where the work grows, the vision expands, and the mission finally receives the dedicated capacity it has always needed.

It’s a cultural collaboration blending Afro‑Asian food, art, and conversation into a single narrative but, beneath the beauty of the night is something even more meaningful. It’s the quiet honoring of the person who has carried this mission with heart, clarity, and a belief that young people deserve a place to grow. She doesn’t know this part yet. But this milestone is for her, and for every young person she dreams of reaching.
About OSC Ignite
OSC Ignite gives teenagers hands‑on experience in hospitality, marketing, business, administration, and creative leadership. It’s a program built on a simple question:
“What could the world become if we invested in the dreams, skills, and perspective of our youth?”
For the adults in the room, it’s a chance to reflect on the support you wish you had, the mentors who changed your life, or the opportunities that shaped who you became. For the teens, it’s a chance to step into possibility.

Curated is our quarterly cultural collaboration where three mediums of art — food, visual storytelling, and conversation — come together to explore the meeting point of two cultures.
This quarter, Black Lotus blends Afro‑Asian traditions into a single narrative experience. Through shared dishes, shared stories, and shared space, we honor the beauty that emerges when cultures intertwine.
It’s the perfect setting to begin a new chapter for OSC Ignite — one rooted in creativity, community, and the belief that dreams deserve room to grow.
Fine Print (Because Transparency Matters)
Most people don’t realize what it truly costs to run a nonprofit. Beyond programs, there are operational needs, administrative responsibilities, compliance requirements, and the ongoing work of fundraising and outreach.
Our long‑term sustainability goal is to raise $80,000–$120,000 over the next year to fully fund programs, operations, and future growth.
This event focuses on Milestone One: raising $30,000 to build the leadership capacity that makes every future milestone possible.
