For the Creatives
Outsiders Social Club was built for the creatives, thinkers, and builders who never quite fit into traditional spaces; yet always knew they were meant to create something more.
What began as a series of intentional gatherings has evolved into a community-driven ecosystem rooted in connection, creativity, and culture. OSC exists to bring people together in a way that feels real: never transactional, never performative, and never forced.
We believe community should feel like belonging, not networking.
We believe spaces should be designed with intention, not trends.
And we believe the right rooms don’t just connect people, they change lives.
The Hub
The OSC Hub is where community lives offline.
By day, it’s a space to focus, create, and connect with intention. By night and on weekends, it opens into a cultural gathering space. We welcome members and the public into experiences designed to bring people together.
This is where work and culture meet. Where ideas are shared. And where the right rooms create momentum.

OSC is powered by a small but mighty team united by a shared belief: creatives thrive when they’re in the right rooms.
Founded by Deejay and Ellen Nimrod after returning to Kansas City, OSC was born from a simple realization; there wasn’t a space built for people like them. So they built it.
Together, our team designs experiences, spaces, and moments rooted in intention, culture, and genuine connection — creating a home where creatives don’t just gather, but grow.
The Team
OSC’s mission is to create safe, intentional spaces where creatives and culture-builders can connect, collaborate, and grow — personally, professionally, and creatively.
We are here to foster community over competition, elevate underrepresented voices, and build environments where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
The Mission
The OSC Foundation exists to do more than create space — it exists to lift others as we build.
Through mentorship, job training, educational seminars, and real-world access, the Foundation supports young minority professionals in our community with the tools, exposure, and guidance needed to move forward with confidence.
This work is rooted in the belief that opportunity grows when knowledge is shared, doors are opened, and the next generation is invited into rooms they were never meant to navigate alone.
Community isn’t complete unless it reaches back.
